The Kiwanis Club of Mukilteo controls, manages and operates the website mukilteokiwanis.org for the purpose of communicating our mission to serve children and youth, inform our members of meetings and events, provide forms for club membership or scholarships/grants, and publicly thank our many generous sponsors who assist us with our fundraising events to fulfill our mission.

Information Collection and Use 

For a better experience while accessing our website, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number and work/business address. The information we collect will be used to contact or identify you. The methods we use to collect user data include use of an online form, log data, cookies, etc.

How We Store, Maintain and Safeguard PI We Collect 

The only personal information we collect is information that is shared with you via applications and forms you fill out. This data is collected and secured using a secure connection via SSL. Our website is hosted at a secured data center with multiple redundancies and/or security measures. We do not store credit card information on our server. It is passed to our credit card processor via an encrypted connection and stored on their servers using bank-level security. 

Method for correcting, verifying, changing or removing Personal Information 

To request us to correct, change or remove your personal information, please send an email to info@mukilteokiwanis.org. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information and will contact you if that is the case. 

Children’s Privacy 

Our services do not address anyone under that age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
