Mukilteo Schools Foundation Shares Mission

Today we welcomed Vikki Strand from the Mukilteo Schools Foundation. Vikki shared the mission of the MSF and how it contributes to the community. The foundation offers scholarships to graduating seniors, provides grant opportunities to teachers within the Mukilteo School District, and helps to fund various needs to underserved students. In addition programs such as STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) and literacy-focused events that purchase much needed books for students are also part of their focus.

Recently they were able to raise about $80,000 at their annual Breakfast. Thankfully this will help them underwrite many needs throughout the upcoming year.
