Sno-Isle Provides Students With Career Options
Sno-Isle Tech Skills Center believes in “turning career dreams into to working realities.” This skills based educational center is in such great demand, that only 1/3 of applicants are accepted into the program each year.
Wes Allen, director of the program for Snohomish and South Island county, states that juniors and seniors in nearby schools can enroll in this tuition free technical high school. Students can attend either a morning or afternoon session, and can earn college credits, GED credits to meet graduation requirements, or industry certifications.
S-ITSC offers 24 programs and five career pathways, giving students a wide array of choices for future endeavors. Some of the options include Culinary Arts, Early Childhood Education, Dental or Medical Assisting, Electrical Engineering Technology, Fire Service, Cosmetology, Autobody, Construction, Criminal Justice and much more.
